have you had an experience in supply planning more so in an FMCG
coz i also just got in there but i think i'll need some advice once in a while

young talent requires guidance indeed and this guidance should be in form training and mentorship. however fresh graduates with the right skills of supply chain and logistics management can move to greater hights too but may get problems when new challenges comeup and they cannot take those dicissions by themselves. theres's great potential in yong talent as long as they are well guided.
