Learn how the supply chain can actively contribute to your company’s bottom and top line

The global economy slowdown and the impact on companies in the short term can only be overcome by re-defining how your company does business today and over the next 3-5 years. Apart from the financial crisis, issues such as global energy levels, environmental concerns, labour availability and rising costs in China and the Far East are all factors to consider in re-engineering your company’s business model and the role the supply chain as strategic enabler can play.

This forum focuses on how companies can make better use of the supply chain as strategic asset and add more value to your company’s business model. The forum presents a number of strategic and tactical financially driven aspects, which will help to lower cost levels, provide clients with innovative supply chain solutions and increase service levels. Europhia Consulting presents a number of industry experts from leading international companies to give their perspectives on a range of innovative concepts, which can also help your company survive the global slowdown and emerge stronger.

Learn how you can improve a number of key financial variables for your company whilst at the same time improving service levels and providing innovative solutions to clients.
